To fix a fixing plate part of a flexible joint to a concrete body in a state in which cut-off performance is secured even when an anchor bolt embedded in the concrete body cannot be arbitrarily installed.SOLUTION: A pressing member includes a contact member 31 brought into contact with a first fixing plate part 11 of a flexible joint 10, and a support member 32.
