TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND GATE DRIVING FACILITY PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
To provide a transmission device which is provided with a speed-increasing mechanism, in which a plurality of gears having different diameters are engaged on a transmission path of a rotating force, different from a conventional speed-increasing mechanism, and a gate driving facility having the transmission device.SOLUTION: A transmission device 16 that transmits a rotating force applied to an input part to an output part includes a rotation member 19 that has a tooth part and is rotationally driven integrally with the input part, an inner/outer tooth member 22 that includes an outer peripheral tooth 20 engaged with the tooth part of the rotation member 19 and is formed with an inner peripheral tooth 21, and an outer gear member 24 that has an outer tooth 23 engaged with the inner peripheral tooth 21, rotates the rotating force from the input part given through the rotation member 19 and the inner/outer tooth member 22 in a state where a center position is fixed, and transmits the rotation force directly to the output part or through a power transmission mechanism 38, and in the outer gear member 24, an outer diameter in a region where the outer tooth 23 is formed on the whole outer periphery is smaller than an inner diameter in a region where the inner peripheral tooth 21 is formed on the whole inner periphery of the inner/outer tooth member 22, and a part of the outer tooth 23 and a part of the inner peripheral tooth 21 are engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】回転力の伝達経路上に径の異なる複数の歯車が噛み合った従来の増速機構とは別の増速機構が設けられた伝動装置及びその伝動装置を有するゲート駆動設備を提供する。【解決手段】入力部に与えられた回転力を出力部に伝える伝動装置16において、歯部を有し、入力部と一体的に回転駆動する回転部材19と、回転部材19の歯部に噛合する外周歯20を具備し、内周歯21が形成された内外歯部材22と、内周歯21に外歯23が噛合し、回転部材19及び内外歯部材22経由で与えられた入力部からの回転力を、中心位置を固定した状態で回転して、出力部に直接又は動力伝達機構38経由で伝える外歯車部材24とを備え、外歯車部材24は、外歯23が外周全体に形成された領域の外径が内外歯部材22の内周全体に内周歯21が形成された領域の内径より小さく、外歯23の一部と内周歯21の一部が噛み合っている。【選択図】図3
