To lighten the burden of guest invitation by a smart lock on an owner and to prevent invitation by an impostor or unintended third person.SOLUTION: A representative guest terminal 102 which makes a request to unlock a smart lock 400 generates and signs authentication information to be referred to when a request for unlocking is made, and transmits the information to an owner terminal 101. The owner terminal 101 verifies the sign of the representative guest terminal 102, and signs and transmits the authentication information to a management server 200. The management server 200 verifies the signs of the representative guest terminal 102 and owner terminal 101 to associate and store the owner terminal 101 and representative guest terminal 102, and also associate and stores the authentication information and representative guest terminal 102. The management server 200 receives a request for unlocking from the smart lock 400, and when the stored authentication information is referred to and authentication of the request for unlocking is successful, the smart lock 400 is unlocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
