RESIN MOLDED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND INSERT TOOL FOR SHEATH CONNECTION PORT MOLDING
To perform correspondence by the same mold by suitably cutting a diameter expansion flange part even in the case the burial angle of a sheath is changed.SOLUTION: A cylindrical resin molding tube 30 with a prescribed length and a mold 31 for drawing having a tapered part 31a drawing a cylindrical part 11a having an external diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the opening edge 3a of a sheath connection tube 3 and a diameter expansion part 31b having an external diameter higher than that of the tapered part 31a and molding a diameter expansion flange part 11b are prepared. The resin molding tube 30 is heated, the heated resin molding tube 30 is inserted from the side of the diameter expansion part 31b, and pressurization is performed toward the tapered part 31a to mold a resin molded body 11' in which the cylindrical part 11a and the diameter expansion flange part 11b are integrally molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シースの埋設角度が変わる場合でも、拡径フランジ部を適切に切断することで、同じ金型で対応できる。【解決手段】所定長さの円筒状の樹脂成形管30と、シース接続管3の開口端3aの内径よりも小さな外径を有する円筒部11aを絞り成形する先細部31a及びこの先細部31aよりも外径が大きく、拡径フランジ部11bを成形する拡径部31bを有する絞り加工用金型31とを準備し、樹脂成形管30を加熱し、加熱した樹脂成形管30を拡径部31b側から挿入して先細部31aに向かって加圧し、円筒部11a及び拡径フランジ部11bが一体に成形された樹脂成形体11’を成形する。【選択図】図2
