TEMPORARY FLOOR MATERIAL AND GRIPPING METAL FITTING THEREOF
To improve a workability of a temporary floor material removal work for removing a temporary floor material erected or suspended between horizontal members by a gripping metal fitting and to reduce a burden or a load on the work of an operator in removal work.SOLUTION: A temporary floor material (1) has a pair of left and right movable hook type gripping metal fittings (10) at an end of a floor material body, and a body part (11) of the gripping metal fitting comprises a base part (11a) fixed to the floor material body and a seating surface (17) seating on an upper half part outer periphery surface of a horizontal member. The gripping metal fitting has coming-off stop members (5, 12) and movable hooks (13, 60). The coming-off stop member comprises horizontal member engaging surfaces (5b, 12a) extending along a lower half part outer periphery surface of the horizontal member at a side of the floor material body. The movable hook is supported by the body part rotatably or displaceably in-plane and comprises horizontal member engaging surfaces (13a, 13d, 61, 62) extending along the upper half part outer periphery surface of the horizontal member at an opposite side to the floor material body. The coming-off stop member prevents a prescribed dimension or more of an upward displacement of the gripping metal fitting, and the seating surface or the horizontal member engaging surface restricts a horizontal displacement of the gripping metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】つかみ金具によって横架材間に架設又は懸架された仮設床材を撤去する仮設床材撤去作業の作業性を改善し、撤去作業時の作業者の作業上の負担又は負荷を軽減する。【解決手段】仮設床材(1)は、左右一対の可動フック式つかみ金具(10)を床材本体の端部に有し、つかみ金具の本体部分(11)は、床材本体に固定される基部(11a)と、横架材の上半部外周面に着座する着座面(17)とを備える。つかみ金具は、外れ止め部材(5,12)と可動フック(13,60)とを有する。外れ止め部材は、床材本体の側において横架材の下半部外周面に沿って延びる横架材係合面(5b,12a)を備える。可動フックは、本体部分に回動可能又は面内変位可能に支持され、床材本体とは反対の側において横架材の上半部外周面に沿って延びる横架材係合面(13a,13d,61,62)を備える。外れ止め部材は、所定寸法以上のつかみ金具の上方変位を阻止し、着座面又は横架材係合面は、つかみ金具の水平変位を拘束する。【選択図】図６
