TEMPORARY FLOOR MATERIAL AND GRIPPING METAL FITTING THEREOF
To improve workability of temporary floor material removing work for removing a temporary floor material installed or suspended between horizontal members by a gripping metal fitting, and to reduce a work burden or load on an operator during the removing work.SOLUTION: A temporary floor material (1) has a movable hook-type gripping metal fitting (10) projected from an end of a floor material body. A body part (11) of the gripping metal fitting includes an arcuate seating surface (11f) seated on an upper half outer peripheral surface of a horizontal member. The gripping metal fitting further has a movable hook (12) vertically and slidably supported or borne in the body part. The movable hook has: horizontal member engaging surfaces (12a, 12g, 12f) extending along an outer peripheral surface of the horizontal member, a removal stop part (13) for blocking floating-up of the floor material body, a horizontal member storage region (ε) defined by the horizontal member engaging surface and the removal stop part, and an opening region (λ) through which the horizontal member can be received in the horizontal member storage region. Opening sizes (D2, D3) of the opening region expand or contract in accordance with relative positions of the body part and the movable hook.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】つかみ金具によって横架材間に架設又は懸架された仮設床材を撤去する仮設床材撤去作業の作業性を改善し、撤去作業時の作業者の作業上の負担又は負荷を軽減する。【解決手段】仮設床材(1)は、床材本体の端部に突設した可動フック式つかみ金具(10)を有する。つかみ金具の本体部分(11)は、横架材の上半部外周面に着座する弧状着座面(11f)を備える。つかみ金具は、本体部分に上下方向にスライド可能に支持又は支承された可動フック(12)を更に有する。可動フックは、横架材の外周面に沿って延びる横架材係合面(12a,12g,12f)と、床材本体の浮き上がりを阻止する外れ止め部分(13)と、横架材係合面及び外れ止め部分によって画成される横架材収容域(ε）と、横架材を横架材収容域に受入れ可能な開口域（λ）とを有する。開口域の開口寸法(D2,D3)は、本体部分及び可動フックの相対位置に相応して拡大し又は縮小する。【選択図】図２
