RECOVERY METHOD OF DIHYDRATE GYPSUM FOR CEMENT RAW MATERIAL FROM WASTE GYPSUM BOARD
To provide a method for recovering dihydrate gypsum appropriate for a cement raw material from a waste gypsum board by a simple method.SOLUTION: The method includes: fracturing a waste gypsum board and sieving it to paper pieces and dihydrate gypsum grain so that a paper piece content in the dihydrate gypsum grain becomes 1 mass% or less; calcinating them to change the dihydrate gypsum grain to hemihydrous and/or anhydrous III type gypsum; and mixing it with water to deposit dihydrate gypsum particles for a cement raw material. Since a water-soluble organic substance in recovered dihydrate gypsum is adversely affected to the strength of hardened mortar or the like, an adverse effect of the water-soluble organic substance can be removed by decreasing the paper piece content of the dihydrate gypsum grain before calcination to 1 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】廃石膏ボードから、セメント原料に適した二水石膏を簡便な方法で回収する方法の提供。【解決手段】廃石膏ボードを破砕し、二水石膏粒体中の紙片含有量が1mass%以下となるように、紙片と二水石膏粒体に篩い分ける。次いでか焼し、二水石膏粒体を半水及び/又は無水III型石膏に変化させ、水と混合してセメント原料用の二水石膏粒子を析出させる。回収した二水石膏中の水溶性有機物が、硬化後のモルタル等の強度に悪影響を及ぼすため、か焼前の二水石膏粒体での紙片含有量を1mass%以下とすることにより、水溶性有機物の悪影響を除去できる。【選択図】図2
