ANTICORROSIVE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND SHEET USED FOR THE SAME
To provide an anticorrosive construction method for which a protective cover can reliably and firmly be fixed, and there is no gap that is caused by a flange area being bent and deformed when the protective cover is fixed, and that is also unlikely to be negatively affected by impacts from waves and drifting matter.SOLUTION: The anticorrosive construction method is for performing anticorrosion by forming an anticorrosion layer that includes an antirust layer 3, a plastic layer 5, and a protective layer 7 on a splash area or the like of a steel pipe pile 1 as a maritime structure. The protective layer is made from a sheet 72. The sheet 72 includes joint parts 710, 720 on both ends of the sheet 72, and a body part 711 that is a part other than the joint parts 710, 720. Each of the joint parts 710, 720 is connected to the body section 711, and includes a flat section and a slope section that are parallel to a radial direction of the cross-section of the steel pipe pile 1 when the sheet 72 is placed on the outer side of the plastic layer 5 as the protective layer. The flat sections of the two joint parts 710, 720 face each other, and the protective layer is fixed by making screws penetrate the two joint parts 710, 720 and tightening them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】保護カバーを確実に締結して固定でき、締結時にフランジ部近傍が折曲変形して隙間が生じることがなく、さらに、波や漂流物の衝撃による悪影響を受け難い防食施工方法の提供。【解決手段】海洋構造物の鋼管杭1の飛沫帯等に防錆層3、プラスチック層5および保護層7を含む防食層を形成して防食する防食施工方法であって、保護層は薄板72からなり、薄板72はその両端の接合部710,720とそれ以外の本体部711とからなり、接合部710,720は本体部711と繋がっており、接合部710,720は薄板72を保護層としてプラスチック層5の外周側に配置した場合に鋼管杭1の断面の半径方向と平行になる平面部と斜面部とを備え、2つの接合部710,720の各々における平面部同士を向き合わせ、それらをネジで貫いて締めて保護層を固定する。【選択図】図1
