To provide an operation system for a snow removal device and an operation method of a snow removal device which make it possible to efficiently perform snow removal in a parking lot at low cost.SOLUTION: If there is no parking lot recognized as having an empty parking space without snow when a parking request recognition unit 15 recognizes a parking request, a specific parking zone determination unit 16 determines a specific parking zone for securing an empty parking space in response to the parking request from among the parking zones recognized as having an empty parking space with snow.
