To provide an image capturing device which can be used for checking the interior of a pipeline with water flowing therethrough.SOLUTION: An image capturing device is provided, comprising: an image capturing unit 10 for capturing images; a float 20 designed to have the image capturing unit 10 mounted thereon, the float having a specific gravity that floats on water; first cushion members 30 provided surrounding the side wall of the float 20; and second cushion members 40 provided on the float 20 in such a way that tips 41 thereof extends above the image capturing unit 10 and the first cushion members 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
