To provide a drain connection pipe for suppressing the filling of drain water in a drain flow path from a Western style toilet bowl in a renovated toilet bowl structure in which a Western style toilet bowl is installed using an existing Japanese style toilet bowl, and also suppressing the running out of sealing water in the Western style toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A drain connection pipe 5 for connecting a drain port of the Western style toilet bowl installed using the existing Japanese style toilet bowl to a drain port of the Japanese style toilet bowl, includes an upstream side vertical pipe part 31 to be connected at its upper side to the drain port of the Western style toilet bowl, and a horizontal pipe part 32 provided on the downstream side of the upstream side vertical pipe part 31 to form a right angle shaped upstream side bent part 38 together with the upstream side vertical pipe part 31. On the bent outside of the upstream side bent part 38, a step part 60 is provided projecting so as to narrow the flow path of the upstream side bent part 38 and having a step face 61 directed to the side of the horizontal pipe part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
