Drain pipe connection
The present invention relates to a drain pipe connector, which can ensure workability and coupling force for the connection part of the drain pipe installed in any structure to be exposed, can ensure the coupling force of connection parts while simplifying each component, thereby ensuring the watertightness of the connection parts even if an external shock occurs, and can have a hemispherical shape in a cross-sectional view, with flanges provided on both sides thereof, to form a connection using nuts and bolts, thereby ensuring the watertightness and coupling force of pipes for connection. To achieve the purpose, the drain pipe connector comprises: a connector body (100) which has a hemispherical shape in a cross-sectional view and includes an upper connector body (110) and a lower connector body (120) having coupling spaces (111, 121) and press-fitting spaces (112, 122) thereinside; a press-fitting body (200) which has forms a hemispherical shape in a cross-sectional view and includes an upper press-fitting member (210) and a lower press-fitting member (220) having longitudinal seating grooves (211, 221) provided on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be coupled to the press-fitting spaces (112, 122) of the connector body (100) in a forcibly fitting manner; and a stopper piece (300) installed on the seating grooves (211, 221) provided on the outer circumferential surface of the press-fitting body (200).
본 발명은 어떠한 구조물에 노출되도록 설치되는 배수관로의 연결부분에 대한 작업성과 결합력을 확보할 수 있도록 하고, 각 구성요소를 단순화 하면서도 연결부분에 대한 결합력을 확보하여 외부충격이 발생하더라도 연결부분에 대한 수밀성을 확보할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 단면상 반구형으로 이루어져 양측으로 플랜지가 갖춰져 볼트와 너트에 의해 결합을 이루면서 연결하고자 하는 배관의 수밀성과 결합력을 확보하도록 하는 배수관로 연결구에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 단면상 반구형상을 이루며 내측으로 결합공간부(111)(121)와 압입공간부(112)(122)가 갖춰진 상부연결구몸체(110)와 하부연결구몸체(120)로 이루어진 연결구본체(100)와; 단면상 반구형상을 이루며, 외주면에 길이방향의 안착홈(211)(221)이 갖춰져 연결구본체(100)의 압입공간부(112)(122)에 강제끼움식으로 결합을 이루는 상부압입구(210)와 하부압입구(220)로 이루어진 압입구본체(200)와; 상기 압입구본체(200)의 외주면에 갖춰진 안착홈(211)(221)에 설치되는 스토퍼편(300)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
