BOOM MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a boom mounting structure of a construction machine which can easily align both an upper frame of a construction machine and a boom when the boom is mounted on the upper frame.SOLUTION: There is provided a boom mounting structure for mounting a boom on an upper frame 31. The upper frame 31 has a center section 4 including a bottom plate 41 and vertical plates 43L and 43R erected on the bottom plate 41. On a surface facing outside in the vertical plates 43L and 43R, a left guide hole and a right guide hole are formed. On a base end side of the boom, an adapter that rotatably connects the base end of the boom and the base end of a boom cylinder is mounted. On a surface facing outside in right and left side plates of the adapter, a left guide pin and a right guide pin are provided. When the boom is mounted on the upper frame, the left guide pin and the right guide pin are inserted to the left guide hole and the right guide hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建設機械のアッパーフレームに対してブームを取り付ける際に両者を容易に位置合わせすることが可能な建設機械のブーム取付構造の提供。【解決手段】ブームをアッパーフレーム３１に取り付けるためのブーム取付構造である。アッパーフレーム３１は、底板４１と底板４１に立設される縦板４３Ｌ，４３Ｒとを含むセンターセクション４を有する。縦板４３Ｌ，４３Ｒのうち外側を向く面には左側ガイド穴と右側ガイド穴とが形成される。ブームの基端側には、ブームの基端部とブームシリンダの基端部とをそれぞれ回動可能に連結するアダプタが取り付けられている。アダプタの左右側板のうち外側を向く面には左側ガイドピンと右側ガイドピンとが設けられている。ブームがアッパーフレームに取り付けられる場合に、左側ガイドピン及び右側ガイドピンが左側ガイド穴及び右側ガイド穴に挿通する。【選択図】図２
