METAL SNOW STOPPER FITTING WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENT HOLDING FUNCTION AND INSTALL METHOD OF METAL SNOW STOPPER FITTING
To easily attach safety belts and lifelines to desired locations on the roof, regardless of roof type or equipment on the roof.SOLUTION: The metal snow stopper fitting comprises a support portion 3 having legs 11A and 11B continuous with a top portion, and a bottom portion 5 which is arranged in the support portion 3 and is swingably supported by the support portion 3 by a square root round head bolt 6. An eyebolt 4 having a hole 4C for inserting a free end locking portion of a safety belt is provided on the top portion. When the metal snow stopper is attached, the eyebolt 4 is arranged so that its plane is inclined with respect to a ridge direction of a roof R and a direction orthogonal to it, and the hole 4C can be seen from these directions. When the metal snow stopper fitting is attached by placing the bottom portion 5 on a tile bar 8, and tightening a nut 30 screwed into the square root round head bolt 6 so that the legs 11A and 11B are pressed against the tile bar 8, the hole 4C of the eyebolt 4 can be visually recognized from both the inclined direction and the orthogonal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】屋根の種類、屋根上の設備などに関係なく、安全帯や命綱を屋根上の所望する箇所へ簡単に取り付ける。【解決手段】雪止め金具は、頂部と連続する脚部１１Ａ、１１Ｂを有する支持部３と、この支持部３内に配置され角根丸頭ボルト６により支持部３に揺動可能に支持され底部５とを備えて構成される。頂部には、安全帯の自由端係止部が挿通されるための穴４Ｃが形成されたアイボルト４が設けられる。アイボルト４は、雪止め金具の取り付け時、なす面が屋根Ｒの棟方向およびそれに直交する方向に対して傾斜し、これら方向から見ると、穴４Ｃが見えるようになっている。雪止め金具は、瓦棒８に底部５を載置し、角根丸頭ボルト６に螺嵌されたナット３０を緊締して脚部１１Ａ、１１Ｂを瓦棒８に圧接させて取り付けられると、アイボルト４の穴４Ｃが傾斜方向および直交方向のいずれからでも視認できるようになっている。【選択図】図３
