ROLL SCREEN
To provide a roll screen having a front cover formed so as to express a design at a low cost and enhancing aesthetic properties from the front and the side while suppressing both rattling and flapping without affecting operation.SOLUTION: A roll screen according to the present invention, which is constituted so that a screen 4 is moved up and down by a winding pipe 3 supported by supporting members 2 at both ends of a mounting frame 1, includes a front cover 10 for covering the whole or a part of the winding pipe 3 from the front. In one aspect of the front cover 10, its shaft portion 10a is supported so as to be directly rotatable with respect to the mounting frame 2, and the center of gravity Cg of the front cover 10 is always set forward from the center of rotation Co of the shaft portion 10a within the range of the rotation. The front cover 10 of one aspect is formed to express a design by extrusion molding using a molding resin material and one or more types of patterning resin materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】操作に影響を与えることなくガタツキ及びバタツキの双方を抑えつつ前方及び側方からの意匠性をも高め、低コストで、意匠を表現するよう形成した正面カバーを有するロールスクリーンを提供する。【解決手段】本発明によるロールスクリーンは、取付フレーム１の両端の支持部材２に支持される巻取パイプ３によりスクリーン４を昇降させるように構成され、巻取パイプ３の全部又は一部を正面から覆い隠す正面カバー１０を備える。一態様の正面カバー１０は、その軸部１０ａが取付フレーム２に対し直接的に回動可能に支持され、その回動範囲内で常に正面カバー１０の重心Ｃｇが軸部１０ａの回転中心Ｃｏより前方に設定される。また、一態様の正面カバー１０は、成形用樹脂材料と一種以上の模様付け用樹脂材料を用いた押出成形により意匠を表現するよう形成される。【選択図】図７
