To provide a fire shutter device that enables persons to evacuate safely.SOLUTION: A shutter device 100 for opening and closing an opening 901 comprises: a shutter curtain 11 for opening and closing the opening 901; a determination part for determining whether a detection target is present around the opening 901; and an opening and closing control part that opens the opening 901 by controlling the shutter curtain 11 when the determination part determines that the detection target is present and when the shutter curtain 11 closes at least a part of the opening 901.
