To improve costs, etc. for energy, etc. pertaining to temperature adjustment, etc. of a space, etc.SOLUTION: Substances such as PET bottles are connected, liquid (water, etc.) with little temperature change throughout a year is prepared therein such as about 5 meters underground, the liquid is pumped up by an electric pump or the like, to flow it therethrough, and thus it is for internal air conditioning when the outside temperature is high or low.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
