CHAPLET DEVICE
To provide a chaplet device capable of removing a strongly sticking object such as cement and mortar while enhancing the durability of a brush line.SOLUTION: A chaplet device 1 cleans a laying iron plate W1 as a chaplet target member with an upper brush roller 10 and a lower brush roller 15 while carrying the laying iron plate W1. The upper brush roller 10 and the lower brush roller 15 are configured such that a plurality of brush lines 14 formed from a bundle of a plurality of steel wires 14a coated by a synthetic resin 14b are provided about a rotation axis of the upper brush roller 10 and the lower brush roller 15, and the brush lines 14 are brought into contact with the laying iron plate W1 along with rotation of the upper brush roller 10 and the lower brush roller 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブラシ線の耐久性を高めつつ、セメントやモルタル等の強固な付着物を除去することができるケレン装置を提供する。【解決手段】被ケレン部材である敷き鉄板Ｗ１を搬送しながら上部ブラシローラー１０と下部ブラシローラー１５で洗浄するケレン装置１であって、上部ブラシローラー１０と下部ブラシローラー１５とは、複数の鋼線１４ａを束ねて合成樹脂１４ｂで被覆したブラシ線１４が上部ブラシローラー１０と下部ブラシローラー１５の回転軸周りに設けられ、上部ブラシローラー１０と下部ブラシローラー１５を回転させながら複数のブラシ線１４を敷き鉄板Ｗ１に接触させる。【選択図】図１
