To prevent a user from leaving a parking device in a state where a gate is left open as the user forgets to perform a closing door operation of the gate when loading or unloading a vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device includes: a reception part for receiving information for identifying a pallet to be called to an inlet/outlet port, out of a plurality of pallets; a communication part for wirelessly communicating with a terminal device; a monitor part for monitoring strength of radio waves from the terminal device by the wireless communication; a drive instruction part for outputting an instruction of moving a pallet corresponding to the number of the pallet received by the reception part to the inlet/outlet port and an instruction of opening/closing a gate provided at the inlet/outlet port to a driving device; and a notification instruction part for instructing to the terminal device to perform predetermined notification processing when the strength monitored by the monitor part becomes below first strength, when the gate is at least in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
