To support a portion forming a space under a balcony when fixing the balcony to a building mainly.SOLUTION: A balcony installation structure is for installing a balcony 4 to an upper floor part 3 of a building body 1. The balcony 4 is extended from one side along the building body 1 toward the other side. The one side of the balcony 4 is a porch part 12 having a space 11 thereunder, and the other side is a terrace part 14 having a building part 13 thereunder. The porch part 12 is temporarily set on supporting faces 15a extended from the building body 1 of horizontal receiving plates 15 attached on an upper part of a lower floor part 2 of the building body 1, and fixed. A height adjusting spacer 16 is integrally attached to an upper face of the supporting face 15a of the receiving plate 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】主に、建物に対してバルコニーを固定する際に、バルコニーの下が空間となっている部分を支えられるようにする。【解決手段】建物本体１の上階部分３にバルコニー４を設置するバルコニー設置構造に関する。バルコニー４は、建物本体１に沿って一側から他側へ延びている。バルコニー４の一側は下に空間１１を有するポーチ部１２とされ、他側は下に建物部１３を有するテラス部１４とされている。ポーチ部１２は、建物本体１の下階部分２の上部に取付けられた水平な受プレート１５の建物本体１から張出した支持面１５ａの上に仮置・固定される。受プレート１５には、支持面１５ａの上面に高さ調整用のスペーサ１６が一体に取付けられている。【選択図】図４
