To mainly suppress a crossover level difference between an open unit and a balcony unit.SOLUTION: In a balcony installation structure, an open unit 4 having an entrance portion 3 and a balcony unit 5 are arranged in parallel in a state where the entrance portion 3 faces the balcony unit 5 side. A water drip sheet 21 is hung down from the balcony unit 5 side of the open unit 4. A rising portion 23 is provided at an edge portion at the open unit 4 side of a floor plate 22 of the balcony unit 5. And, a horizontally bent portion 24 is formed at an upper end portion of the rising portion 23. The water drip sheet 21 is overlapped with and bonded to the horizontally bent portion 24 in a state where a lower end portion horizontally faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】主に、開口ユニットと、バルコニーユニットとの間のまたぎ段差を低く抑え得るようにする。【解決手段】バルコニー設置構造では、出入口部３を有する開口ユニット４と、バルコニーユニット５とが、出入口部３をバルコニーユニット５側へ向けた状態で並設されている。開口ユニット４のバルコニーユニット５側からは水切シート２１が下へ垂らされている。バルコニーユニット５の床板２２の開口ユニット４側の縁部には、立上部分２３が設けられている。そして、立上部分２３の上端部に横曲部２４を形成する。水切シート２１は、下端部が横へ向いた状態で、横曲部２４に重ねて接着されるようにしている。【選択図】図４
