WALL PANEL MOUNTING METHOD, WALL PANEL MOUNTING STRUCTURE, SELF-WEIGHT BEARING METAL FITTING AND BUILDING
To provide a method of installing a wall panel and an installation structure that reduce the burden of a welded part (working stress) and facilitate welding work when negative wind pressure is applied.SOLUTION: In a mounting method of a wall panel wherein a self-weight bearing metal fitting for supporting the weight of the wall panel is fixed to an outdoor side surface of a vertical part of a backing steel material fixed to an upper surface of a beam, the self-weight bearing metal fitting is made by bending a metal plate, in which a horizontal part supporting a lower surface of an upper wall panel, an upper protruding part provided so as to protrude upward substantially perpendicular to the horizontal part, and a lower protruding part provided so as to protrude downward relative to the horizontal part are integrally formed to form a substantially "T" shape in Japanese characters, and substantially rectangular recessed parts formed toward the lower protruding part are provided on both sides of the upper protruding part. The self-weight bearing metal fitting is welded at least at the bottom of the recessed part when the horizontal part is directed to the outdoor side and the upper protruding part is abutted on the outdoor side surface of the vertical part of the backing steel material to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】負風圧力作用時の、溶接部の負担(作用応力度)を軽減するとともに、溶接作業を容易化した壁パネルの取付工法及び取付構造体を提供すること。【解決手段】梁の上面に固定された下地鋼材の鉛直部の屋外側の面に、壁パネルの重量を支持する自重受け金具を固定する、壁パネルの取付工法において、自重受け金具は、金属板が折り曲げられてなり、上側壁パネルの下面を支持する水平部と、水平部に対して略直交し上側に突出して設けられる上側突出部と、水平部に対して下側に突出して設けられる下側突出部とが一体に形成されて断面略「ト」の字形状をなし、上側突出部の両側には、下側突出部側に向けて形成された略矩形状の凹部が設けられており、自重受け金具を、水平部を屋外側へ向けて、上側突出部を下地鋼材の鉛直部の屋外側の面に当接させて固定する際に、少なくとも凹部の底部において溶接することを特徴とする。【選択図】図6
