To provide a wrapping decorative sheet capable of being constructed with fewer construction steps and without making a joint conspicuous on a floor face or a wall face of a building.SOLUTION: A surface 11 of a base material 10 of a wrapping decorative sheet A is divided into a plurality of surface portions 11a, 11b by at least one vertical groove 14. At long side faces 12, 12 of the base material 10, a long side chamfer surface 16 from one end to the other end in a long side direction between the long side faces 12, 12 and the surface 11. At short side faces 13, 13 of the base material 10, a short side chamfer surface 17 is formed between the short side faces 13, 13 and the first surface portion 11a, and at least one lateral groove 15 is formed on the second surface portion 11b. As to the plurality of surface portions 11a, 11b, one end side in a short side direction of the base material 10 is made to be the second surface portion 11b, and the first surface portion 11a surely made to be adjacent to the second surface portion 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
