The present invention provides a decorative sheet having at least one thermoplastic resin layer selected from the group consisting of a transparent resin layer, a base sheet, and a synthetic resin liner layer, and is characterized in that: (1) at least one of the thermoplastic resin layers contains a phosphinic acid metal salt-based flame retardant; (2) The transparent resin layer and the base sheet contain at least one type selected from the group consisting of polyolefin resins and polyester resins.
