WALL TIE MOUNT METAL FITTING AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD USING METAL FITTING
To provide a wall tie mount metal fitting for coupling the wall tie installed at a temporary scaffold to a raised part of an outdoor protruding part of a building rigidly.SOLUTION: The wall tie mount metal fitting comprises an anchor 10 embedded into a raised part A1 of an outdoor protruding part A of a building and having a screw hole 12 exposed to a top surface A2 of the raised part A1, an arm plate 30 fixed to the anchor 10 by a fastening bolt 20 threaded into the screw hole 12 of the anchor 10 via an open hole 32 provided on its base end and having a nut part 31 threaded with a connection bolt 60 of a wall tie C attached to a temporary scaffold D on its distal end and a pedestal spacer 40 through which the fastening bolt 20 is inserted, and which is arranged between the arm plate 30 and the anchor 10 and holds the arm plate 30 at a desired height from the top surface A2 of the raised part A1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮設足場に設置された壁つなぎを建物の屋外張出部分の立ち上げ部に強固に連結する壁つなぎ取付金物を提供する。【解決手段】壁つなぎ取付金物は、建物の屋外張出部分Ａの立ち上げ部Ａ１に埋設され、該立ち上げ部Ａ１の上面Ａ２に露出するネジ穴１２が設けられたアンカー１０と、その基端側に設けられた通孔３２を介して、前記アンカー１０のネジ穴１２に螺着される締付けボルト２０により前記アンカー１０に固着されると共に、仮設足場Ｄに装着された壁つなぎＣの接続ボルト６０が螺着されるナット部３１がその先端側に設けられたアーム板３０と、前記締付けボルト２０が挿入され、該アーム板３０と前記アンカー１０との間隙に配置され、前記アーム板３０を前記立ち上げ部Ａ１の前記上面Ａ２から所望の高さに保持する台座スペーサー４０とからなる。【選択図】 図１
