METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEAVY CONCRETE CURED BODY
To provide a method for producing a heavy concrete cured body capable of producing a heavy concrete cured body free from the generation of material separation in uncured concrete, further, upon production of a heavy concrete cured body, having a reduced load to a kneading facility, also, having no need of special facilities (such as a charging apparatus used in a prepacked system) other than the kneading facility, further, having a suitable aggregate distribution owing to no excessive concentration of coarse aggregate in a specified region and no generation of voids, and also, having high concrete performance (strength, durability or the like).SOLUTION: A method for producing a heavy concrete cured body comprises the steps of: kneading cement, water and fine aggregate used at need to prepare paste or mortar; charging the paste or mortar with heavy weight coarse aggregate to prepare concrete; and curing the concrete to obtain a heavy concrete cured body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】未硬化のコンクリートに材料分離が生じることがなく、また、重量コンクリート硬化体の製造の際に、練り混ぜ設備への負荷が小さく、かつ、練り混ぜ設備以外の特殊な設備（例えば、プレパックド方式で用いられる充填装置）が不要であり、さらには、粗骨材が特定の領域に密集し過ぎることがなく、かつ、空隙も生じないので、適切な骨材分布を有し、かつ、高いコンクリート性能（強度、耐久性等）を有する重量コンクリート硬化体を製造することのできる、重量コンクリート硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、水、及び、必要に応じて用いられる細骨材を混練して、ペーストまたはモルタルを調製する工程と、該ペーストまたはモルタルに重量粗骨材を投入して、コンクリートを調製する工程と、該コンクリートを硬化させて、重量コンクリート硬化体を得る工程、を含む重量コンクリート硬化体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
