To provide a woody panel and a woody panel composite body capable of being stably mounted to an object to be mounted as well as a woody panel mount structure with which the woody panel and/or woody panel composite body is stably mounted to the object to be mounted.SOLUTION: The woody panel according to the present invention comprises: a woody plate having a long hole arranged on a small port surface of the woody plate and extending perpendicular to the small port surface and a spot facing hole arranged on the surface of the woody plate and communicating the surface and the long hole; a mount metal fitting having an engaging hole at a base end while having a locking part at a distal end and with the base end inserted into the spot facing hole of the woody plate; and a locking rod inserted into the long hole of the woody plate and penetrated into the engaging hole of the mount metal fitting to lock the mount metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
