MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WOODY PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a woody panel that does not allow a molten latent heat storage material to leak from a woody base material and enables the latent heat storage material to be stored readily in a storage recess on a rear surface of the woody base material.SOLUTION: A resin sheet 20 composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin is placed to cover over from a rear surface 11b of a woody base material 11 to an opening 13a of a storage recess 13, and the resin sheet 20 is heated with a heater 50 to form a molded resin body 21 with a recess 23 made by fitting a part of the resin sheet 20 along the form of the storage recess 13. Next, a latent heat storage material 30 is placed in the recess 23 of the molded resin body 21. Then, a sealing sheet 40 is placed to cover over from the rear surface 11b of the woody base material 11 to an opening of the recess 23, to have the sealing sheet 40 seal the latent heat storage material 30 inside the recess of the molded resin body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】溶融した潜熱蓄熱材が木質系基材から漏れ出すことなく、木質系基材の裏面の収納凹部に、潜熱蓄熱材を簡単に収納することができる木質系パネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木質系基材11の裏面11bから収納凹部13の開口部13aを覆うように熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とした樹脂シート20を配置し、樹脂シート20をヒータ50で加熱することにより樹脂シート20の一部を収納凹部13の形状に倣わせた凹部23を有する樹脂成形体21を成形する。次に、樹脂成形体21の凹部23内に潜熱蓄熱材30を配置する。次に、木質系基材11の裏面11bから封止シート40を凹部23の開口部に覆い、封止シート40で樹脂成形体21の凹部内に潜熱蓄熱材30を封止する。【選択図】図2
