To provide a cement-based solidification material that has solidification soil strength remarkably increased by solving the problem in which clinker is troublesome to make it and solidification soil strength is not enough.SOLUTION: A cement-based solidification material contains Portland cement of 30 to 85 mass%, blast furnace slag powder of 10 to 50 mass%, and gypsum of 5 to 20 mass%, in which a hydration heat generation rate measured by a conduction calorie meter has a third peak higher than a second peak, and the second peak is expressed between 5 and 20 hours after water-kneading and the third peak is expressed between 20 and 50 hours after water-kneading.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
