To provide an automatic door system, an information provision system, and an information provision program, capable of notifying a user of a plurality of types of abnormal states of an automatic door and capable of allowing the user to easily recognize which of the plurality of types of abnormal states occurs in the automatic door.SOLUTION: An automatic door system comprises: an automatic door capable of emitting light using a light emission pattern corresponding to each of a plurality of types of abnormal states of the automatic door; a storage unit 124 for managing correspondence information showing correspondence between the abnormal states and light emission patterns; and an information provision unit 125a for providing specific information based on the correspondence information managed by the storage unit 124. The automatic door displays a code including a URL for accessing a specific website.
