To provide a non-flammable decorative sheet having both non-flammability and designability.SOLUTION: A non-flammable decorative sheet 10 includes a base material layer 1 containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic material, in which an anchor layer 2 and a transparent resin layer 4 are layered in this order on one surface and the other surface of the base material layer 1, a printing layer 3 is provided between the anchor layer 2 and the transparent resin layer 4 on at least either one side of the one surface and the other surface of the base material layer 1, a content of the inorganic material with respect to 100 pts.mass of the thermoplastic resin is more than 50 pts.mass and 300 pts.mass or less, the transparent resin layer 4 contains a vinyl chloride-based resin, and a basis weight of the transparent resin layer 4 is within a range of 10 [g/m2] or more and less than 100 [g/m2].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
