To provide a rotary pile that can change the excavation ability depending on the strength of the ground for construction and improve transport efficiency.SOLUTION: A rotary pile 1 comprises: an excavation vane 4 that is made up of a twisted flat steel, at least a part of which has a twisted section 41 that is twisted axially in a longitudinal direction; and a steel pipe body 2 on which insertion holes 21 into which the excavation vane 4 is inserted are formed at the tip in the excavation direction.
