UNDERFLOOR VENTILATION DEVICE AND HOUSE EQUIPPED WITH THIS UNDERFLOOR VENTILATION DEVICE
To provide an underfloor ventilation device or the like that can automatically prevent the intrusion of water when water invades from the underfloor ventilation hole and that can effectively exert these functions without diminishing the ventilation function and dehumidification function of the underfloor ventilation hole.SOLUTION: The underfloor ventilation device comprises a water tank 3 that is supported by a water tank support member 2 mounted on a foundation 11 of a house in which an underfloor ventilation hole 11a is formed and is located at a portion slightly separated from the inner surface of the foundation 11, and that has at least a bottom plate portion 34 and three side plate portions 35, 36, 37, and has an inflow space B into which air or water that has flowed in through the underfloor ventilation hole 11a flows in, an opening/closing opening C formed above the bottom plate portion 34 constituting the water tank 3, and a floating valve 4 that closes the opening/closing opening C from below when the water flowing into the water tank 3 reaches a predetermined height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】床下換気孔から水が侵入した際には自動的に該水の侵入を防止することができるとともに、床下換気孔による換気機能や除湿機能が減殺されることなく、これらの機能を有効に発揮することができる床下換気装置等を提供する。【解決手段】床下換気孔11aが形成された住宅の基礎部11に装着される貯水槽支持部材2に支持され上記基礎部11の内側面からやや離間した部位に位置してなるとともに、底板部34と3つの側板部35,36,37を少なくとも有し、上記床下換気孔11aを通過して流入した空気又は水が流入する流入空間Bを有してなる貯水槽3と、この貯水槽3を構成する底板部34の上方に形成された開閉用開口Cと、上記貯水槽3内に流入した水が所定高さに至った際に上記開閉用開口Cを下側から閉塞する浮遊弁4と、を備えてなる。【選択図】 図17
