ROAD SURFACE CUTTING DEVICE AND ROAD SURFACE CUTTING METHOD
To cut a surface layer of a road surface and collect waste materials at the same time.SOLUTION: A road surface cutting device comprises a self-travelling vehicle, a cutting drum with a cutter bit mounted on its outer surface, and a conveyor that conveys waste material cut by the cutting drum to the front of the self-travelling vehicle. A cylindrical brush 520 is rotatably mounted behind the cutting drum, a pair of left and right dish-shaped brushes 530 are attached between the cutting drum and the cylindrical brush 520 at a position straddling a straight line extending in the longitudinal direction through the outer end of the cutting drum in the vehicle width direction. The cylindrical brush 520 is attached so that the rotation axis extends in the vehicle width direction, and the dish-shaped brush 530 is attached so that the rotation axis extends in the vertical direction. Thus, the cylindrical brush 520 and the dish-shaped brush 530 are rotated to collect the waste material while rotating the cutting drum to cut the surface layer of the road surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】路面の表層の切削と廃材の回収を同時に行う。【解決手段】自走車両、カッタービットが外周面に取り付けられた切削ドラム、及び切削ドラムにより切削された廃材を自走車両の前方に搬送するコンベアを備えた路面切削装置に対して、切削ドラムの後方に円柱ブラシ５２０を回転可能に取り付けると共に、切削ドラムと円柱ブラシ５２０との間であって切削ドラムの車幅方向の外端部を通る前後方向に延びる直線を跨ぐ位置に左右一対の皿型ブラシ５３０を取り付ける。円柱ブラシ５２０は、車幅方向に回転軸が延びるように取り付けられ、皿型ブラシ５３０は、上下方向に回転軸が延びるように取り付けられる。そして、切削ドラムを回転させて路面の表層を切削しつつ、円柱ブラシ５２０及び皿型ブラシ５３０を回転させて廃材を回収する。【選択図】図４
