FASTENING METHOD OF JOINT FORM AND TEMPORARY RECEIVING TOOL
To provide a method that can fasten a joint form for forming a joint between precast concrete (PCa) members, by one operator.SOLUTION: A joint form 5 used when injecting a joint material between a first PCa member 1 and a second PCa member 2 comprises a frame body 10 constituted with a long material 12. The long material 12 is temporarily supported with a temporary receiving tool 9 by being mounted to the temporary receiving tool 9 locked at a grout injection hole 7 of the second PCa member 2. A pressure between sides of the first PCa member 1 and the second PCa member 2 and the frame body 5 is increased by connecting and binding each end parts of the long material 12 in the state that is temporarily supported. Since a frictional force between the sides of the first PCa member 1 and the second PCa member 2 and the joint form 5 is increased by increment of pressure, the joint form 5 is fastened to the first PCa member 1 and the second PCa member 2 by the frictional force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】プレキャストコンクリート（ＰＣａ）部材間の目地を形成するための目地型枠を１人の作業員で固定できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】第１ＰＣａ部材１と第２ＰＣａ部材２間に目地材料を注入する際に用いられる目地型枠５は、長尺材１２によって構成される枠体１０を含む。長尺材１２は、第２ＰＣａ部材２のグラウト注入孔７に係止された仮受け器具９に載置されることにより、仮受け器具９に仮支持される。仮支持された状態で、長尺材１２の互いの端部を連結し、緊結することにより、第１ＰＣａ部材１及び第２ＰＣａ部材２の側面と枠体５との間の圧力が増加する。圧力の増加によって第１ＰＣａ部材１と第２ＰＣａ部材２の側面と目地型枠５との間の摩擦力が増大するため、摩擦力によって目地型枠５が第１ＰＣａ部材１と第２ＰＣａ部材２に固定される。【選択図】図３
