FLOOD PREVENTION BANK OR TSUNAMI PREVENTION BANK
To provide a flood prevention bank or tsunami prevention bank which prevents flood damage by a large amount of local rainfall or tsunami damage by earthquake.SOLUTION: A flood prevention bank or a tsunami prevention bank includes: a thick vertical bank fixed column, a bank fixed wall or a concrete groove provided on a bottom; a bank member which has a pipe having a hole that penetrates through the thick bank fixed column and is fitted with each other provided on one end of a wall or a side face of the wall, and has both walls with a width fitted with the width of the bank fixed column provided on the bottom or a bank member fitted with the concrete groove; a hydraulic power generation member or a wind power generation member including a disk-shaped inside rotor holding a plurality of rotary blades that are rotated above a river surface or a sea surface and have a plurality of blades for hydraulic power or blades for wind power at substantially equal interval angle arranged therein; an outside rotor support part rotatably supporting the disk-shaped inside rotor; and a bank member holding a slip space having both walls with a width fitted with the width of the bank fixed wall provided on the bottom, in which the outside rotor support part of the hydraulic power generation member or wind power generation member is held by the thick vertical bank fixed column.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】局地的大量雨量の洪水被害又は地震による津波被害を防止する洪水或いは津波防止堤防を提供する。【解決手段】垂直の太い堤防固定柱と、底部に備えられた堤防固定壁或いはコンクリート溝と、前記太い堤防固定柱を貫通し嵌め合う穴を保有する管を壁の一端又は壁の側面に備えると共に前記堤防固定壁の幅と嵌め合う幅の両壁を底部に備えた細長い空間を保有する堤防部材或いは前記コンクリート溝と嵌め合う堤防部材と、川面又は海面より上部で回転し複数の水力用ブレード又は風力用ブレードを略等間隔の角度で配置された複数の回転翼を保持する円板型内側回転子と前記円板型内側回転子を回転可能に支持する外側回転子支承部を備えた水力発電部材又は風力発電部材と、堤防固定壁の幅と嵌め合う幅の両壁を底部に備えた細長い空間を保有する堤防部材を具備し、前記水力発電部材又は風力発電部材の外側回転子支承部を前記垂直の太い堤防固定柱が保持させる。【選択図】なし
