To determine a property of soil in the vicinity of a construction machine in real time when the construction machine operates at a work site.SOLUTION: A soil property determination device 1 is mounted in a construction machine 100. The soil property determination device 1 includes: a storage section 41 for storing a learning model LM which is for determining a property of soil taken in an image and which is built by machine learning; and a determination section 42 for using camera images (first image IM1 to fourth image IM4) of the soil, which are taken by cameras 2-1 to 2-4 mounted in the construction machine 100, and the learning model LM to determine the property of the soil taken in the camera images in real time during the photographing by the cameras 2-1 to 2-4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
