To provide a soil property management system, a soil property management method, and a soil property modification method capable of managing soil property during modification with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A soil property management system includes: a temperature measuring part 41 and a moisture content measuring part 42 measuring a surface distribution of a soil property evaluation value changed by adding a modifier 5 to soil 2 and mixing them, the soil property evaluation value for evaluating a modification state of the soil 2 at a construction site 1; and a control device 30 provided with a determination part determining whether or not a surface evaluation value in the state that the modifier 5 is added to the soil 2 and is stirred reaches a threshold set corresponding to an added amount of the modifier 5 to the soil 2, wherein the surface evaluation value derived from the surface distribution of the soil evaluation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
