To provide a calorie management system capable of easily improving the eating habit of users.SOLUTION: The calorie management system includes: an acquisition unit 32 that acquires the body weight of a user; and an input/output unit 35 that outputs at least one meal menu with the calorie indicated by calorie information according to a predetermined threshold value determined based on the body weight from the multiple meal menus that include the calorie information to be ingested based on the acquired body weight, receives at least one meal menus output from among specific meal menu selected by the user, and outputs at least either of an ordering instruction indicating an order for a specific meal menu or a cooking procedure for a specific meal menu.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
