JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING METHOD FOR PRECAST WALL BALUSTRADE
To provide a joining structure and a joining method for a precast wall balustrade that can align wall balustrades and shorten the traffic restriction period.SOLUTION: A joining structure for a precast wall balustrade member 1 comprises: a precast floor slab 3 having receptor holes 16; the precast wall balustrade member 1 having a concrete part 6 and vertical fixing bars 9 protruding downward from a lower end of the concrete part 6; and a support device 20 attached to a floor slab 2 or a ground cover 4 and supporting the precast wall balustrade member 1 with the vertical fixing bars 9 driven into the receptor holes 16 and the concrete part 6 forming a gap G between the floor slab 2 or the ground cover 4. The support device 20 has a position adjustment mechanism 25 capable of adjusting a position of the precast wall balustrade member 1 with respect to the floor slab 2 or the ground cover 4. A time required from the erection of the precast floor slab 3 to the opening of traffic can be shortened by temporarily fixing the precast wall balustrade member 1 to the precast floor slab 3 before erection of the precast floor slab 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁高欄の位置合わせを行うことができ、且つ交通規制期間を短縮できるプレキャスト壁高欄の接合構造及び接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト壁高欄部材1の接合構造は、受容孔16が形成されたプレキャスト床版3と、コンクリート部分6及びコンクリート部分6の下端から下方に突出する縦方向定着筋9を有するプレキャスト壁高欄部材1と、床版2又は地覆4に取り付けられ、縦方向定着筋9が受容孔16に突入し且つコンクリート部分6が床版2又は地覆4との間に隙間Gを形成した状態でプレキャスト壁高欄部材1を支持する支持装置20とを備え、支持装置20がプレキャスト壁高欄部材1の床版2又は地覆4に対する位置を調整可能な位置調整機構25を有する。プレキャスト床版3の架設前にプレキャスト壁高欄部材1をプレキャスト床版3に仮固定することで、プレキャスト床版3の架設から交通開放までに要する時間が短縮される。【選択図】図1
