JOINING STRUCTURE OF PRECAST WALL HANDRAIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period of its construction, in a joining structure for joining a precast wall handrail to a floor slab.SOLUTION: A side end part 20B and a side end part vicinal area 20C of a floor slab 20 are formed in a step-down shape to its general part 20A. While arranging a first reinforcement 22 projecting from its outside surface 20Aa in the general part 20A of the floor slab 20, a second reinforcement 32 projecting from a lower end part 30Ab1 of an inside surface 30Ab of its handrail body part 30A is arranged in a precast wall handrail 30 placed on an upper surface of the side end part 20B of the floor slab 20. Infilling concrete 40 is placed in a recessed space C formed of the lower end part 30Ab1 of the inside surface 30Ab of the handrail body part 30A, the outside surface 20Aa of the general part 20A of the floor slab 20 and an upper surface 20Ca of its side part vicinal area 20C, so that the precast wall handrail 30 is joined to the floor slab 20. Installation of an outer form is obviated thereby, and bar arrangement work of a reinforcement bar 42 is executed as work on a horizontal plane.
【課題】プレキャスト壁高欄を床版に接合するための接合構造において、その施工の工期短縮を図る。【解決手段】床版20の側端部20Bおよび側端部近傍領域20Cを、その一般部20Aに対して段下がりで形成する。また、床版20の一般部20Aに、その外側面20Aaから突出する第1の鉄筋22を配筋する一方、床版20の側端部20Bの上面に載置されるプレキャスト壁高欄30に、その高欄本体部30Aの内側面30Abの下端部30Ab1から突出する第2の鉄筋32を配筋しておく。そして、高欄本体部30Aの内側面30Abの下端部30Ab1と、床版20の一般部20Aの外側面20Aaと、その側端部近傍領域20Cの上面20Caとで形成される凹部空間Cに間詰めコンクリート40を打設することにより、プレキャスト壁高欄30を床版20に接合する。これにより外型枠の設置を不要とし、また補強鉄筋42の配筋作業を水平面上での作業とする。【選択図】図9
