OVERHEAD/FLOTATION TYPE PEDESTRIAN EVACUATION ROUTE
To solve the problem in which if a giant earthquake occurs and a tsunami occurs in Nankai Trough, in the worst case about 320,000 victims is estimated while a flood or a high tide due to a super typhoon occurs in null meter zone of a capital city Tokyo many people can be left in a flood area, and though 'a tsunami evacuation tower' or 'a vertical evacuation' is prepared to high buildings, etc. for water damage at coasts, it remains to be only a part, and an implementation of a local community disaster prevention plan for allowing residents to evacuate from a dangerous area swiftly is urgently needed.SOLUTION: The overhead type pedestrian evacuation route for allowing residents to escape from dangerous coasts in which a flood due to a tsunami or a high tide is estimated is provided. When the semi-cylindrical unit type overhead type evacuation route constructed on ordinary road, etc. senses a danger due to a high flood depth of the tsunami or the high tide, etc. by AI (artificial intelligence), can decouple 'a rest stand-by unit' of the evacuation route automatically and makes it flow on a water surface and aim for safety of the residents during evacuation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 南海トラフで巨大地震が起き津波が発生すると、最悪の場合、約32万人の犠牲者が想定され、一方、首都東京のゼロメートル地帯でスーパー台風による洪水や高潮が起きると浸水域に多くの人が取り残されるおそれがある。沿岸部等には、「津波避難塔」や水害に備えての高いビル等への「垂直避難」が準備されているものの一部にとどまり、住民らが危険地帯から早期に避難するための地域防災計画の実施が急務である。【解決手段】 津波や高潮等で浸水が想定される危険な沿岸部等から住民らが脱出を図るための高架式歩行者専用避難路を提供する。一般道路等の上に構築されたかまぼこユニット型の該高架式避難路は、AI(人工知能)により、津波や高潮等の高い浸水深による危険を感知すると、該避難路の「休息待機ユニット」を自動的に分離し水面上に浮上させて、避難途中の住民らの安全を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
