SHAPE HOLDING MECHANISM, INSTALLATION DEVICE FOR STRAND REINFORCEMENT CAGE AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR STRAND REINFORCEMENT CAGE
To provide a shape holding mechanism, an installation device for a strand reinforcement cage and an installation method for the strand reinforcement cage capable of holding a shape of the strand reinforcement cage to prevent its deformation when raising it up from a horizontal state to a vertical state.SOLUTION: A method uses a shape holding mechanism 3 comprising: an insertion frame 5 configured to secure a beam member 5b on a frame body 5a, a movable member 7a connected to the frame body 5a, and an end part holding mechanism 31 connected to the beam member 5b; and an installation device 1 provided with a column 9 secured on the beam member 5b and a cylinder 13 to raise up the column 9. Then, inserting the frame body 5a arranged horizontally to a strand reinforcement cage 27 to move the movable member 7a to a direction where a distance from the frame body 5a becomes larger, expands and deploys the strand reinforcement cage 27 in a pile hole 33 through raising the frame body 5a with the cylinder 13 in a state of holding a cross-sectional shape of the strand reinforcement cage 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】水平な状態から垂直な状態に立て起こす際にストランド鉄筋籠の形状を保持して変形を防止できる形状保持機構、ストランド鉄筋籠の建て込み装置及びストランド鉄筋籠の建て込み方法を提供する。【解決手段】フレーム本体5aに梁部材5bが固定された内挿フレーム5と、フレーム本体5aに連結された可動部材7aと、梁部材5bに連結された端部支持機構31とからなる形状保持機構3と、梁部材5bに固定された支柱9と、支柱9を立て起こすシリンダ13とを具備する建て込み装置1を用いる。そして、水平に配置されたフレーム本体5aをストランド鉄筋籠27に内挿し、可動部材7aをフレーム本体5aからの距離が大きくなる方向に移動させることによってストランド鉄筋籠27の断面形状を保持した状態で、シリンダ13を用いてフレーム本体5aを立て起こしてストランド鉄筋籠27を杭孔33内に伸展させる。【選択図】図3
