CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF CAVE-IN OVERHANGING ROOF
To provide a construction structure of a cave-in overhanging roof capable of easily securing waterproofness in the cave-in overhanging roof.SOLUTION: A main body roof 12 and an overhanging roof 11 are arranged through a cave-in part 14. A verge flashing 20 is provided on a verge of the overhanging roof 11. At a verge intersection part of between an eaves 13 of the main body roof 12 and the verge of the overhanging roof 11, a cave-in overhanging drainer 30 is provided. The cave-in part 14 is provided with a cave-in drainer 50. The cave-in overhanging drainer 30 is provided with a covering part 33 covering a ridge side end part of the verge drainer 20 of the overhanging roof 11 from the main body roof 12, and a bent drainer piece 301 extended in a direction of the cave-in part 14 from a side part on the cave-in part 14 side of the covering part 33 and bent along the cave-in part 14. The cave-in drainer 50 is provided with, in the vicinity of the cave-in part 14, a main body roof side drainer piece 501 positioned between a roof material 41 of the main body roof 12 and a roof board, and an overhanging roof side drainer piece 502 covering the roof material 40 of the overhanging roof 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】腰折れすがり屋根における防水性を確保させやすい腰折れすがり屋根の施工構造を提供する。【解決手段】本体屋根12とすがり屋根11を腰折れ部14を介して配する。すがり屋根11のケラバにケラバ水切り20を備える。本体屋根12の軒13とすがり屋根11のケラバの交差部に腰折れすがり水切り30を備える。腰折れ部14に腰折れ水切り50を備える。腰折れすがり水切り30は、本体屋根12からすがり屋根11のケラバ水切り20の棟側端部に被さる被せ部33と、被せ部33の腰折れ部14側の側部から腰折れ部14の方向に延設され腰折れ部14に沿うよう屈曲する屈曲水切り片301とを備える。腰折れ水切り50は、腰折れ部14の近傍において、本体屋根12の屋根材41と野地板の間に位置する本体屋根側水切り片501と、すがり屋根11の屋根材40に被さるすがり屋根側水切り片502とを備える。【選択図】図2
