To prevent a fixture for fixing a fixed base to a floor slab from protruding from an upper surface of the fixed base, and improve the installation workability of a facility device.SOLUTION: A base fixing structure S1 of an outdoor unit 20 comprises: a prismatic fixed base 30 that is arranged on a floor slab, has the outdoor unit 20 mounted on an upper surface 30A, and in which upper grooves 36 opening into opposing sides 30C and 30D respectively are formed on the upper surface 30A; and a fixture 40 for fixing a portion of the fixed base 30 corresponding to a bottom 36A of the upper groove 36 to the floor slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
