Base for fixing facility support
The present invention relates to a fixing device, that is, a base, for fixing the lower part of a support of a basic structure. More particularly, the base comprise: a first base plate; a first support plate formed upward on an inner surface of the first base plate and in close contact with a lower outer surface of the support; a second support plate formed on a side of the first support plate perpendicularly in the inner direction of the first base plate and coupled to the lower part of the support; and a second base plate formed in point symmetry with the first base plate. Accordingly, adhesion to the lower part of the support is improved, and the shaking phenomenon can be minimized to more firmly fix the lower part of the support. In addition, the first and second support plates are formed through bending, making manufacturing easier and improving productivity, and reducing manufacturing costs by minimizing unnecessary area during manufacturing.
본 발명은 기초구조물의 지주의 하부를 고정하는 고정장치 즉, 베이스에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 제1베이스판과 상기 제1베이스판의 내측면에 상부방향으로 형성되어 지주의 하부 외측면에 밀접되는 제1지지판과 상기 제1지지판의 측면에 상기 제1베이스판의 내측방향으로 수직하게 형성되어 지주의 하부와 결합되는 제2지지판 및 상기 제1베이스판과 점대칭 형태로 형성되는 제2베이스판으로 구성됨으로써, 지주의 하부와 밀착성이 향상되고, 흔들림 현상을 최소화하여 보다 견고하게 지주의 하부를 고정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상기 제1지지판과 제2지지판을 절곡을 통해 형성되도록 하여 제조가 용이함은 물론 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 제조시 불필요한 면적을 최소화하여 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 시설물 지주 고정용 베이스에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다.
