HEAT PROOF STRUCTURE OF FIRE PROOF PANEL
To provide a heat proof structure of a fire proof panel in which an inside is not burned by transmission of heat from a fire proof panel to a substrate material without making a substrate material thick.SOLUTION: A heat proof structure of a building in which a fire proof panel is attached as a finishing material of an outer wall comprises: a substrate material in which a structural plywood is fitted to a column material; and a plurality of ventilation furring strips intermittently disposed between the material and the fire proof panel. The ventilation furring strip includes: a metal plate which is in contact with the fire proof panel and whose both ends are folded backwardly; and an incombustible material which is arranged inside the metal plate so that the metal plate is not in contact with the substrate material. An outer machine screw joining the fire proof panel to the metal plate and an inner machine screw joining from the metal plate through the incombustible material to the column material of the substrate material are separated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地材を厚くしなくても耐火パネルから下地材に熱が伝導して内部が燃焼しない耐火パネルの耐熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】外壁の仕上材として耐火パネルを取り付けた建物の耐熱構造であって、柱材に構造用合板を打ち付けた下地材と、前記下地材と前記耐火パネルの間に複数間欠的に配置される通気胴縁と、を備え、前記通気胴縁は、前記耐火パネルに当接させ両端を後方に折曲させた金属板と、前記金属板が前記下地材に接触しないように前記金属板に内設される不燃材と、を有し、前記耐火パネルを前記金属板に留める外ビスと、前記金属板から前記不燃材を通して前記下地材の柱材に留める内ビスとを離間させる、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
