To provide a cloth formwork and a mold structure with high water shielding property and high strength which reduces dispersion risk of pollutant into an environment.SOLUTION: A cloth formwork includes: a bag-like body comprising a first two-layer cloth portion, a one-layer cloth portion provided so as to surround an outer periphery of the first two-layer cloth portion, and an injection port comprising a second two-layer cloth portion provided at a part of the one-layer cloth portion; and a water shielding layer provided so as to cover a surface of the bag-like body and including a water shielding resin. In the bag-like body, there are arranged a plurality of island-like point portions in which an upper layer cloth and a lower layer cloth of the first two-layer cloth portion are partially connected by a connecting yarn with a predetermined interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
