To provide a safety area fence that ensures the safety of workers working in a safety area, especially during road construction and road maintenance work, against unintentional vehicle entry; and to further provide a safety area fence that can be stably installed without using weights by fixing the fence to a guardrail support.SOLUTION: A safety area fence 10 installed by fixing to a guardrail support or the like, comprises: an upstream safety fence 30 having a hook member 20 at the tip, and installed so that the angle between the fence and the direction of travel of a road is 20° to 40°; a downstream safety fence 40 installed in a direction parallel to the direction of travel of the road; and a tie rod 50 for fixing the upstream safety fence 30 and the downstream safety fence 40 to a guardrail support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路工事や道路メンテナンス作業時に、特に、意図しない車両の進入に対して安全エリア内で作業する作業員の安全を確保するための安全エリア柵、さらに言えば、ガードレールの支柱等に固定することで重り等を使用せずとも安定的に設置することが可能な安全エリア柵を提供すること。【解決手段】ガードレールの支柱等に固定することにより設置する安全エリア柵１０であって、先端にフック部材２０を備えており、道路の進行方向とのなす角が２０°〜４０°になるように設置する上流安全柵３０と、道路の進行方向と平行な向きに設置する下流安全柵４０と、ガードレール支柱に上流安全柵３０、及び下流安全柵４０を固定するための固定棒５０を備えることを特徴とする安全エリア柵１０とした。【選択図】図１
