The present invention relates to an electronic safety fence for a construction site, the main body of the fence being equipped with a variety of sensors, communication units and the like to allow not only worker access to be controlled, but also allow: workplace accidents to be prevented as non-worker approaches can be blocked more effectively around the construction site; security to be strengthened by shielding the construction site from the outside; more convenient real-time round-the-clock construction site security monitoring and access control from a separate central monitoring office; automatic access control of workers entering and exiting the construction site by having worker recognition sensors, equipment transfer sensors and the like attached to the fence main body; and security monitoring to be strengthened by real-time monitoring of transfer of particular equipment to the outside.
